Monini's Kitchen is a family-owned food truck that actually began with a farmers tent and small smoker back in 2021 outside TOCA Denver Indoor Soccer stadium. Our food was highly requested, which inspired us to buy the food truck we have today. We now have 2 smokers that we now take to several events alongside our food truck.
